The registration end date is September 20^th 2024. 

We recommend registering as soon as possible. To register for TWEPP 2024, please fill the form on the indico webpage here

Registration includes

• Lunches Tuesday to Thursday inclusive
• Welcome reception
• The two evening social events
• Conference dinner
• Conference facilites

Information for attendees: 

Registration fees 

• Early bird (until June 30^th 2024): £440 
• Late registration (from 1^st July to September 20^th 2024): £550 
• Tutorial on Friday Afternoon of October 4^th: £80 

Payment 

• Please use the following link to complete the payment (will be available from mid May 2024) 

Accompanying persons 

• Accompanying fee £170 
• Will include the conference dinner, social event of your choice, and reception at the Hunterian

Cancellation policy 

• Registrations cancelled until 30^th June 2024 are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees paid.
• Registrants cancelling from 1^st July 2024 until 15^th August 2024 will receive a 50% refund.
•  Registrants cancelling from 16^th August 2024 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived, however registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
• Cancellations will be accepted in writing only at [email protected] and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
